A balance of freedom and discipline, an atmosphere of love and tolerance, a diverse and rich teaching environment, safe and environmentally friendly campus facilities, the teaching that stimulates independent thinking, promoting peer exchanges and nurturing leadership characteristics. This is the philosophy of education that starts from love and has been carried more than 30 years by Little Lily Montessori School.
Children Centered Environment
The learning environment is the most important mentor for a child in this life, and the people are only one of the elements in this environment. Therefore, the most essential responsibility of the educators is to prepare a safe, comfortable and prosperous space for the children to flourish. The teachers can take a step and be the guidance rather than the instructor.
Core Teaching Method
Starting from the Montessori philosophy. For both mathematical and language learning, the brainpower to understand abstract logic and independent thinking are cultivated through concrete interactions. Combining the English learning environment, and native English-speaking teachers with Montessori language materials → we lay a foundation for listening and oral expression skills naturally.
Multiage Grouping
A simulated society with independent learning pace that provides leadership chance to all children.
A Message to Parents
The true meaning of education is to discover the unique beauty of each child's abilities and to provide customized stages for individuality to flourish. Let's give them the ability to learn courageously, work independently and develop a positive learning attitude so that children will learn to understand and love the individual differences. They will stand on their home land, and shine from the light within them.

SHANG CHOU
Shang is the second son of Mr. Chou and Principal Lily. After completing his masters at Columbia University in Developmental Psychology and Montessori training 3-9 year-old, he then joined Little Lily Preschools management team dedicated in assisting teachers in understanding and dealing with children's emotional and behavioral issues. He uses art and cultural background that was absorbed while study in the city of New York into curriculum planning. With Shang on board in our design team, we aim to provide a wider vision and a more diverse culture in our children’s learning in the Little Lily.

Teacher Maya
Teacher Maya has been teaching at Little Lily Preschools for the past 27 years. She is the most senior teacher at present. She thinks learning and growing with innocent and lively children every day is very fulfilling which makes teaching a very rewarding profession. With a sense of mission, she hopes that positive energy can take root from childhood, to further influence positive behavior and attitude in children’s life onwards. In doing so, teacher Maya believes that we will be able to spread love to every corner in our society.

Lady Huang
In every corner of the classroom, there is always a familiar and diligent figure who cleans our little ones’ living environment. Her job includes disinfecting tables, dusting shelves, washing bathrooms, disposing trash and many more. She is "Lady Huang", who children like to call the most. She is a major contributor to Little Lily Preschools. She maintains cleanliness and hygienic, so our children can be in a safe environment at all times. Lady Huang's hard work day after day is truly an angel’s work guarding our learning environment, and she is definitely one of the MVPs in the school.
